Mythradon is a business platform that focuses on data. When you type information into Mythradon forms, it gets saved as separate records in database tables called Entities. These Entities hold different types of data like Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and more. Each Entity has its own data attributes such as name, type, status and description, which help organise the information - these data attributes are called Fields.
In Mythradon, users have the ability to create new entities and modify existing ones using the Mythradon Entity Manager, which is essential for System Administrators and Developers aiming to improve the system's functionalities. This tool allows the creation of new entity types known as Custom Entities, customisation of existing entities (including adjustments to field labels and default sorting), configuration of fields (adding or modifying them), creation of tooltips for fields, definition of search fields for entity filters and global search, determination of Stream necessity for entities, activation of Kanban View, selection of icons and colours for sidebar menu items, establishment of data relationships between entities, and more. All of these changes can be implemented without the need for coding.
The Entity Manager feature is exclusively offered in our Professional and Enterprise subscription plans. Unlike several other CRM and business application platforms, Mythradon does not impose restrictions on the quantity of Custom Entities that can be generated, nor does it demand extra charges for this capability on these plans.
