Trial Account Terms

  1. Mythradon will provide a Trial Mythradon CSP account for the purpose of evaluating the product. This Trial account must not be used to run any part of your business only to evaluate the suitability of Mythradon CSP for your needs.

  2. There is no obligation on you at the end of the trial period to purchase Mythradon CSP.

  3. Trial accounts must only be loaded with test data. Real personal information must not be entered into Trial accounts.

  4. Mythradon may revoke access and remove a Trial account at any time at our discretion without notice to you.

  5. After a Trial account reaches the end of the Trial period it will be removed from our servers and all data entered into the account will be destroyed.

  6. Trial Accounts are not available if you are based in or operating from the United States of America or the Dominion of Canada or their territories or protectorates or are involved in the design, inspection, supervision, manufacture, supply, assembly and/or construction of any aircraft, space craft, missile or the guidance and control systems of any such items.

  7. Other than with respect to any non-excludable guarantees implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law (if permitted by law):

    a. all conditions, warranties and guarantees implied in this Agreement are excluded, to the extent possible by law;

    b. we do not have any liability to you for any loss or damage howsoever incurred in relation to the use of your Mythradon CSP Trial account or inability to use the Trial account;

    c. we do not warrant that Mythradon CSP is error-free or will operate accurately, correctly or without interruption or will achieve your intended results; and

    d. you accept sole responsibility for the selection of the Mythradon CSP to achieve your intended results.

  8. Your interactions with Mythradon are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New South Wales, Australia and the courts of appeal from them in relation to any dispute concerning this Agreement. You must not bring a claim or lodge proceedings in the United States of America, Dominion of Canada or their territories or protectorates with respect to any dispute.
